Purpose of this Site

CAST is an organization to promote the development of animation talent here in Cebu Philippines. This site fills the need for animators all over the world to communicate, to share and to ask questions. This site is part of the CAST mission to be team members of the world. This site now has many features that allows people to work as a team and still allow individuals to be creative and be given credit for their work.

This site is divided into three parts. They are public pages, private pages and administration . This is very similar to a democratic government where the administration or government is responsive to the public and the private sector.

The extended purpose of this site is join the three branches into a community to make 3D animation in Cebu Philippines. We realize that a pure 'public domain' can not survive in a Darwin world
